EFM completely reconfigured the interior of a landmarked, 5-story, 6,000 square foot brownstone, replacing the central staircase and all of the structural supports while maintaining the front facade. A new sunroom was also added in the backyard. EFM was responsible for all the furnishings as well as the landscape design of the yard and roof terrace.
