Set on a 35-acre property in Columbia County, New York, this 7,000 square foot project consists of two separate volumes – the main house and a guest house – interconnected by a suspended bridge. In addition to the site work and the architecture, EFM Design was responsible for the interiors, including custom designed pieces as well as all other furniture selections.
